What Day Is it?

…we might find ourselves wondering around in our pyjamas thinking, what day is it today, has one day passed? It feels like three days have just gone, is it Wednesday already, or still Tuesday? I could have a third coffee and it doesn’t matter that it’s 5 pm because, well, it’s still Christmas, or nearly New Year’s Eve so I can stay up late a bit more.

Self Care and Slowing Down

Every one of us is longing for the world to stop sometimes, so that we can take a deep breath and stop doing 'something' all the time. Whether that is going to work, taking our children to and from school, going out to get our weekly groceries or just simply doing our laundry can sometimes make us feel overwhelmed, and let me tell you my personal opinion on this, IT IS OK to want to do nothing every now and then 😊
